XII. International Keşan Culture and Tourism Festival Chess Tournament will be held between 18 – 23 August 2014 at the Keşan Municipality Atatürk Closed Sports Hall. Thinking time will be 90' + 30" per move and matches will be out of 9 rounds. At the tournament FIDE and TCF Chess regulations and rules are valid.
